Portal of Seedlings

This sculpture is a shrine for seedlings. A disused fireplace is transformed into a place of reverence, holding within it various curious-looking seeds. It reimagines the anthropo-centric nativity scene, offering instead a celebration of life in all its forms. This piece was commissed by Studio Zompa.

Portal of Seedlings was shortlised for the Wood Awards 2026, exhibited during London Design Festival 2026, and featured in Dezeen as part of the its favourite furniture and lighting from September 2026
