Terrapreta

This sculptural installation represents the gradual transformation of degraded land into fertile soil, through the stratified accumulation of organic and mineral matter. It is created by alternating layers of topsoil and pine bark, thereby reproducing the natural build-up of organic material over the years, which contributes to soil regeneration.
