Nendo Dango
Nendo Dango represents the process through which rocks are gradually broken down by lichens and transformed into soil that’s filled with life.
At the bottom there is a vulcanic rock, and as you gradually go up in time you find, wrapped in a warm nest of lichen, a little ball of clay filled with seeds.
The ball of clay filled with seeds is a tribute to Masanobu Fukuoka, an inspiring farmer and philosopher
